Where are you located?
We are located in Saginaw, MI. We offer one-on-one meeting with our local clients (within 90 minutes
of Saginaw). The majority of our clientele are nationwide. We are able to work virtually and efficiently by communicating via web conference, email & phone.

What is the cost to expedite a project?
An additional 50% Expedite Fee will be charged to clients that request their project to be completed within less than 48 hours. If it is not possible due to currently workload, that will be expressed before fee is assessed.

What are your hours of operation?
MONDAY-FRIDAY: 10AM TO 5PM EST
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: OFFICE IS CLOSED

What materials do I submit?
All materials (text, images, logos, information, media, etc.) are required BEFORE your project can be placed in que.
ELECTRONIC FILES MAY BE DELIVERED IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT(s):
EMAIL, WORD DOCUMENTS, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG

The files should be sent to to design@mannmadeproductions.net or dropbox to rmann@mannmadeproductions.net.

To ensure that all images are reflected in the best manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor print quality. MMP will not be held responsible, and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images. All text supplied must be typed. (DOC, TXT, or Email). Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee. If a specific image is desired, but no high resolution image has been supplied by the client, a $100 fee may be assessed. Hard copies will be returned ONLY when accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope.

Will I be able to proof before finalizing my project?
Prior to print, all clients will have the opportunity to review/proofread each job to ensure accuracy with a company watermark. Once the job receives approval for print, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE. We are not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after your last approval. If additional revisions are necessary after finalization, a fee of $25 will be assessed during final payment.

How many revisions do I get?
We allow up to 3 rounds (or sets) of edits per item without incurring additional design fees of $25 per set of revisions.

What are your normal turnaround times?
Our turnaround times will vary with each project. However, the normal rule is:

Logo Design 7 business days
Graphic Design 3-5 business days
Web Designs varies – average is 6 weeks
Printing Varies depending on size of project

Do you offer printing?
We work with printing broker firms that we trust and are affiliated with. Our prices are annually negotiated at a wholesale price. In the rare case that there is a printing issue, we will work with the printers to get it resolved, but any costs incurred by the customer will not be at the expense of MMP. Once an order is placed (sent to print) it cannot be canceled, and we CANNOT issue a refund. Neither can any additional revisions or changes be made.

DELAYS
MMP is not responsible for any printing or shipping delays that may occur.

QUOTES
Price quotes are only good for seven (7) calendar days. MMP is not responsible for any pricing changes that may occur after the quote expires.

IDLE PROJECTS
Projects that are idle (no communication from the customer) for 30 days will be archived and may be subject to starting over. All projects that are archived are not subjected to any refund.

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by MMP. The work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from MMP. MMP RETAINS PERSONAL RIGHTS TO USE THE COMPLETED PROJECT AND ANY PRELIMINARY DESIGNS FOR THE PURPOSE OF: DESIGN COMPETITIONS, FUTURE PUBLICATIONS ON DESIGN, EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND THE MARKETING OF THE MMP’S BUSINESS. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.

COST/PAYMENT
Because a client has different needs & goals, each project quote will vary. We require all of our clients to complete a questionnaire. This is a great way to communicate your vision. All projects require a deposit before the job can begin. NO EXCEPTIONS. Projects $100 or less require a 100% deposit before the project is placed in que. Projects more than $100 require a 50% deposit prior to start of project. The final 50% will be paid upon completion of the project before we release the approved files and artwork. We only accept cash & credit/debit card payments via PayPal. All deposits are non-refundable once work has began.

CANCELLATIONS
Any design projects can be cancelled at the discretion of the client, in writing. If after project commencement client communication (face-to-face, telephone, or email) stops for a period of 90 days, the project may be terminated, in writing by the designer, and ownership of all copyrights shall be retained by MMP. A cancellation fee for work completed shall be paid by the client, with the fee based on the stage of project completion. All deposits are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS.
